Apple added a new feature to the developer beta version of iCloud.com today. Photos can now be uploaded directly from a desktop browser to a user’s iCloud Photo Library.
iCloud Photo Library is basically a Photo Stream Replacement. It can move the original high-resolution photos and videos to iCloud and replace them with lightweight, device-optimized versions on your iOS device. This is a nice feature that lets you keep more of the photos you take on your device before running out of space.
