Yesterday we showed you a video of multiple apps running side-by-side on the iPad, well a new jailbreak tweak was released for iPad today that gives true window based multitasking. Quasar is available in Cydia for $9.99 and seems to be a pretty good solution for those who want to multitask on the iPad. Unlike the video yesterday, Quasar lets you move an app window wherever you want on the screen. You can also easily resize the window or make it fullscreen.
