Apple will be opening new mini stores in select Target locations later this year, according to AppleInsider. They claim a source familiar with Apple’s plans say the company plans to begin opening Apple-branded areas within 25 Target store locations which can’t support a standalone Apple Store.

This would be similar to the mini Apple stores currently at over 600 Best Buy locations.
