QuickCal is an awesome Mac app that lets you quickly add calendar appointments using “Natural Language Entry.” For example, just press a hotkey and start typing “Lunch tomorrow at noon,” and QuickCal will add it to your iCal or Google Calendar. It even checks for conflicts in real-time as you type.

QuickCal is available in the Mac App Store for $0.99. I honestly don’t know how I lived without it.
