CNN is reporting that the next iPhone, rumored to be released in September, will be called the iPhone 4S and launch on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. They say the update will include minor cosmetic changes, better cameras, A5 dual-core processor and HSPA+ support.
I’m not sure how reliable their sources are, but all of these speculations seem believable to me. It would be a similar type of update as when Apple went from the iPhone 3G to the 3GS.
