With BTstack Mouse, you can control your jailbroken iPad with any bluetooth mouse. Although I love using the touchscreen, it’s nice to have the ability to use a mouse while using the iPad with a keyboard and dock.  Just search for and install ‘BTstack Mouse’ in Cydia to use this free and very cool hack.
